 | Introduction:
This process of Offset Printing is similar to Screen printing, though it¡¯s distinguished from Screen printing. Print the designs by PS roller on the metal directly. The available metal will be Brass, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum. The tone can be composed by CYMK format so the fine details can be attained. Pls.be noted the slight color tolerance deriving from Offset printing will be inevitable. The standard thickness will be 0.8mm, regardless of the sizes, while it ranges from 0.3mm to 1.8mm. With our without Electro plating can be optional, the feature of this process is lower cost (not so labor intensive) and faster lead time. This process is ideal for promotions with bigger quantity yet less budget and expects faster lead time. Also for those who demand there¡¯ll be no metallic lines between each color and preferred CYMK format is the only choice.
