Pls. be noted only solid colors are available for Screen Printing, rather than CYMK format as many thought. The feature of this process is lower cost (not so labor intensive) and faster lead time. This process is ideal for promotions with bigger quantity also less budget and expects faster lead time. Also for those who demand there¡¯ll be no metallic lines between each color is the only choice. The standard thickness is 0.8mm, regardless of the sizes, while it ranges from 0.3mm to 1.8mm.With or without Electro plating is also an option to fit your budget / requirements.
