This process is for those who required with fewer budgets. Basically it¡¯s the same as Brass Stamping, while the applied material is iron. It¡¯s an ideal option for promotions with bigger quantity yet fewer budgets. Pantone color chart is available to match. There also must be metallic line to separate each color. Generally non-polishing along with Brass plating is more popular to lower the cost.

Design on Steel molding~ Stamping ~ Cutting ~ Polishing ~ Soldering attachment ~ Electro Plating ~ Coloring ~ Baking (120 Celsius degree) ~ Epoxy coating (upon request) ~ Inspection ~ Packing |
